Greenleaf Realty History Around 1970, the developers of the Parkview Hills
residential community sought out an exceptional team of Realtors to
handle all aspects of the marketing and management of their new premiere
condominium area. They
found the right candidates in Margaret Oudsema and Marian Greene –
both successful local Realtors – who then started Greenleaf Realty. While Marian focused on management, Margaret Oudsema
built a very successful marketing presence for these upscale
condominiums, which included lots of community education about the ins
and outs of the condominium concept in Parkview Hills.
Greenleaf Realty handled each sale in Parkview Hills
individually, insuring accurate, personal service and a smooth
transaction for the excited buyers.
Over the years, Margaret’s daughter, Carol Miller, joined a
select team of agents specializing in the Parkview Hills community, and
later in other Kalamazoo condominium developments. Today, Greenleaf Realty enjoys a prestigious market share in condominium and upscale housing throughout the Kalamazoo area. The company has remained small, with each agent committed to a high level of professionalism and service.
